Park Hyatt “Masters of Food and Wine”: Global Culinary Events

The Park Hyatt Masters of Food & Wine Program is a series of Global Food and Wine Events. These culinary  workshops are available at Park Hyatt hotels. Park Hyatt chefs and sommeliers lead masters-in-training quarterly classes at hotels around the world. Park Hyatt Masters events take place on the following dates:  January 13-15; March 23-25; June 22-24 and September 21-23, 2012.

Here’s how it works. The Park Hyatt chefs and sommeliers lead masters-in-training seminars in different types of

“hands-on courses” on the designated day. The events have various themes like:

(1) In the Field: Interaction with artisanal food or beverage purveyors

(2) In the Kitchen: Onsite cooking, prep workshops and specialty tastings

(3) In the Moment: Tips on service and presentation
