WHEN: Toque is returning for its 7th year to benefit Children’s Oncology Services, Inc (COSI) on Friday, September 21, 2012 from 7-10PM.

WHERE: Hilton Towers in Downtown Chicago

7 p.m. Cocktails, Silent Auction and Featured Chef Stations; 8:15 p.m. Dinner & Live Auction Begins

TICKETS: $250 per individual ticket, $2,500 for a table of ten

Toque invites guests to experience the “masterful culinary creations of Chicago’s most celebrated chefs all under one roof.” Enjoy an evening with Chicago’s culinary master’s at the Hilton Towers in downtown Chicago. Michael Kornick of MK Restaurant, DMK Burger Bar, FISH BAR, Ada Street and N9NE Group will serve as the event’s chef coordinator.

The evening will begin with a cocktail reception followed by a seated, multi-course degustation menu featuring signature dishes prepared exclusively by each chef, as well as expertly selected wines paired with the meal.

New to Toque this year, the musical talents of Michael Lerich Orchestra will greet the crowd and continue playing for after dinner dancing. Toque will also include live and silent auctions giving once-in-a-lifetime experiences such as the ultimate bar package of a private mixology course sponsored by Tenzing Wine & Spirits to private golf lessons offered by PGA Tour Professional, Mark Wilson. In addition, an once-in-a-lifetime trip to South Africa, valued at $30,000 will be up for grabs to the highest bidder!
