Happy Birthday America! Today is your day to be patriotic so celebrate the 238th birthday of the United States in Chicago.
A great place to watch the festivities for America’s birthday is Washington, D.C. but if you happen to be in Chicago, check out these events.
On America’s Birthday, we celebrate the adoption of the Declaration of Independence which occurred on July 4, 1776.
Here are some of the Fireworks that you will see in Chicago:
Check out the fireworks at Navy Pier ; Navy Pier fireworks start at 9:30 at 600 E. Grand Avenue with
patriotic music and a magnificanet lakefront display. Watch from Grant Park or aboard one of many fireworks cruises available.
Fireworks also take place on July 5 at 10:15 p.m., as part of Navy Pier’s regular schedule of summer fireworks.
