St. Mark’s Basilica in Venice is probably one of the most famous and visited churches in the Western world. Thousands of tourists come to admire the beautiful mosaics inside and on the facade of the church.

I love the clock tower. Listen to the Moors ring the bell at the top of the 500 year old Torre dell’Orologio:
It was designed by Maurizio Codussi in 1496. The clock displays the time, the phase of the moon, and the dominant sign of the Zodiac.
